Your On Demand membership includes:

  • Unlimited access to all On Demand classes: short, intentional, efficient workouts. Most under 30 minutes.
  • New classes added regularly: plus a recommended schedule.
  • Beginner-friendly guidance: clear, calming cues that help you learn and feel supported at every level.
  • Programs to help you stay consistent: structured series like Level Up that rebuild strength, and deepen your foundation.
  • Support from an experienced instructor: I've practiced Pilates since age 12 and taught for over a decade.


I created this membership to be as accessible and stress-free as possible. My goal is simple: make Pilates something every mom can enjoy, not just a luxury reserved for those with extra time, childcare, or a big budget.


  • How long is the FREE trial?

    You can try Pilates On Demand free for 14 days. After that you'll be billed monthly until cancelled.

  • What's included in the Pilates On Demand membership?

    Every single class, program, and all new content as soon as it drops. You get unlimited access with your monthly membership.

  • Is tax included in the pricing?

    No. The cost is $25/month plus applicable taxes with a monthly membership or $240/year plus tax with an annual membership (that equate to $20/month).

  • Are there live Pilates classes available?

    Right now membership is fully On Demand so you can work out on your schedule. However, live classes will be added to the schedule soon.


    Additionally, if you are local to RI you can sign up for in-person series in partnership with Hot Moms Club of RI and Rhode Island Pelvic Wellness.

  • Is this membership a good deal for moms?

    Absolutely. A Pilates On Demand Membership costs less than one in-person studio class. Additionally, you get an entire month of expert-led Pilates designed to help build real, functional strength without needing childcare, special outfits, or long workouts.
